Working Arrangements are £32,283 pro-rata based on 37.5 Whole Time Equivalent

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists with an interest in working in the acute sector within Specialist Medicine . We are seeking applicants who are passionate and committed and want to make a difference in continuously improving patient experience to join our bank and work on behalf of Derby Health Staffing .You will work on a zero hour contract enabling you to pick and choose shifts as when you require, giving you the flexibility over how and where you choose to work.

Main duties of the job

If you’re looking to gain exposure and experience across a variety of medical specialities areas such Cardiology , Renal , Gasterenterology ,Hepatology, Respiratory, Diabetology and enjoy the flexibility to work as when its suits you then look no further.

We offer the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience within the Royal Derby Hospital working as part of the wider MDT to facilitate assessment, equipment provision and discharge planning for patients from the acute Trust.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Requirements of the role:

  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to work
  • Be able to work effectively within an established team
  • Have a minimum of 6 months post qualification experience in an acute hospital, which must be recent
  • Have current and valid professional registration as defined by the job description
  • Have evidence of ongoing CPD and learning related to your areas of practice.
