Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for; 

A vacancy has arisen for a position on our band 5 MSK rotation at Derby & Burton Hospitals NHS Trust.

This position is ideally suited to an enthusiastic candidate whom has already done two years worth of general rotation but is wanting to become more specialist in the MSK field of practice.

This development opportunity will offer great senior support and clinical experience through:

1. General MSK Outpatients,

2. GP clinics & Outpatients,   

3. Physiotherapy Gym & Group Rehabilitation,

4. Hydrotherapy & Outpatients 

5. Hand Therapy in the renowned Pulvertaft Centre.

We have good peer support & regular in service training from our excellent senior staff including International Lecturers & Published Researchers.

Each rotation is 9 months and we will encourage you to develop supervision skills & take on project work to prepare you for the next step up to a band 6 senior post.

You will need to work core hours between 0800-1800 depending on the rotation and you will need to work cross site between the London Road Community Hospital, Royal Derby Hospital & GP practices.
